There is no cost to join the Exceptional Talent Coach Team, and you are not committed to any assignment without your approval. Our executive coaches reimburse us a nominal fee at the commencement of each assignment. In this way we are able to make the assignment more cost effective for companies and create further coaching opportunities.
Our criteria:
We are seeking coaches that meet most of the below criteria:
Specialise in executive coaching - helping leaders and managers achieve positive, long-term change in leadership behavior over time, commonly using 360 or interview-based feedback processes
Track record:
- Minimum eight years experience at a senior level (Senior Executive or above) in different industries (e.g. IT, FMCG, finance) Minimum eight years experience in organizations of 1000 plus employees (can be executive, coaching or consulting)
- Industry and company experience:
- Minimum two years coaching in the industry sector of the client organisation, being knowledgeable about the company
Qualifications:
- Tertiary degree, the Institution awarded by and the year
- Post Graduate Degree, Masters or PhD, coaching field of specialty or an area of Allied Behavioural Science such as
- Psychology, Management and/or Organisational Behaviour
- Formal coach specific training
- Diagnostic Instrument accreditation
- Relevant experience in providing individual coaching to senior level managers in large public or private organisations
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other members of the coach team
- Able to provide references of coaching clients
- Agree to participate in a coaching research project either by questionnaire or by phone
